RUSS RUFFINO is a graduate of The School of Visual Arts in New York City. He discovered the pleasures of South Florida life while beautifying the second and third homes of his Northeast clients. He made a permanent to move to South Florida in 1997.
With over 18 years in the business he has perfected his ability to create a luxurious, uncomplicated reality for his clients, no matter the budget.
